Provides skilled and efficient support to a member of RSM’s Combined Leadership Team (CLT).  Assists with on-going activities such as conference calls, scheduling meetings, communications, preparing reports, assisting with special projects, etc.  Responsible for coordinating travel arrangements.  Requires a high level of professionalism, initiative, independence, confidentiality and a sense of urgency. 

This position performs a variety of advanced administrative functions generally for a line of business or natural work team leader. This includes routinely developing presentations and advanced spreadsheets, managing multiple projects involving complex and confidential data, and providing guidance and assistance to less experienced Administrative Assistants. 


  • Provides executive level or "C" Suite support of a responsible and confidential nature to a member of the RSM’s Combined Leadership Team, including but not limited to filing, archiving, photocopying, correspondence, scanning, faxing, preparing and distribution of documents and other material.  Routinely handles confidential correspondence, personnel and financial reports, and other corporate information.  Maintains confidential and sensitive files.
  • Prepares, proofreads, verifies and assembles information for meetings including correspondence, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and spreadsheets, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance, free of spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Schedules and orchestrates logistics of meetings, assists with the development of presentation materials, takes and distributes meeting notes as needed.  Makes travel and hotel arrangements for training, conferences and off-site meetings
  • Independently, or with little guidance, compiles date from a variety of resources and prepares appropriate monthly and annual reports based on knowledge of the Firm.  Responsible for the development of the final copy of departmental documentation, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance, free of spelling and grammatical error
  • Provides advanced administrative support generally to include:
    • Coordinate travel
    • Meeting preparation
    • Calendar maintenance
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes and handouts, etc.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 7+ years executive level administrative experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous project management experience
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
