Working directly with our FL Market Managing Partner, who oversees all eight RSM locations in the state, and our Orlando Office Managing Partner, the Project Administrator will play a highly-visible role in managing and supporting key activities and initiatives of varying scope and complexity. The responsibilities of this role require strong analytical, organizational and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan ahead, proactively communicate, anticipate issues, operate with a strong sense of urgency, have a natural curiosity to learn, work well in a team environment and exhibit a high degree of professionalism. 

Overall, this is a distinctive opportunity to work with Florida’s top leaders, focusing on growth initiatives, market research and other go to market strategies. This role will require strong excel skills and the ability to extract, analyze and interpret data as well as integrate data into meaningful presentations. Responsibilities: (Sample listing follows - not all inclusive)

  • Assist FL market with project management related to:
  • Overall strategy and identifying synergies for our various FL teams focused on growth and business development
  • FL industries / growth initiatives, including:
  • Industry data analytics and interpretation
  • Assimilate data into meaningful presentations
  • Coordination/linkage for sales, marketing and industry leaders at the direction of the FL Market Managing Partner
  • Other “go to market” strategies, including involvement with budgeting for industry teams
  • Compose FL internal employee newsletter and update FL intranet pages
  • Ongoing special projects/process improvement initiatives for the FL market
  • FL eCRM Champion - Duties related to our client relationship management tool (eCRM), such as:
  • Training users market-wide / monitoring accuracy of data entered
  • Monthly calls with FL location data managers
  • Florida resource for trouble shooting & liaison between National team and local users
  • Year-end supervision to ensure all new sales have been entered and edited by Fiscal Year End.
  • CRM Reporting
  • Provide Reports for Florida Leadership and Regional meetings
  • Monthly Reporting for Orlando team meetings focused on growth and business development
  • Attend monthly Orlando team meetings and pre-planning discussions  to assist assembling agenda items
  • Dunn & Bradstreet 360 research and reporting for Florida prospect research inquiries
  • Various reporting requests as needed from other RSM  leaders and  teams
  • Various special project support for Orlando Office Managing Partner
  • Consistently manage, prioritize and drive closure of key action items
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
  • Travel possible - up to 20%

Basic Qualifications: 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience 

JOB-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel in particular, with the ability to work with pivot tables and complex calculations
  • Ability to gather data & integrate it into presentations, including charts, graphics, tables, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills - strong ability to prioritize and possess the agility to coordinate multiple projects effectively
  • Demonstrate professional communication both verbally and written with all audiences
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
