The primary function of the Learning Coordinator is to assist Learning Managers and Directors in the execution of RSM’s learning strategy. Responsible for coordinating learning solutions from inception to completion. Collaborates with others to administer and coordinate responsibilities.
1. Responsible for executing logistics for learning at RSM. This includes but not limited to: coordinating live classroom needs, preparing communications, coordinating and moderating webcasts, processing course materials, ordering and shipping supplies, and administering other learning related tasks.
2. Applies relevant course/curriculum knowledge to support the firm with learning related tasks. This includes, but is not limited to: administering data into the Learning Management System (LMS), monitoring course enrollments, executing changes, and updating course data as needed. Processes continuing professional education (CPE) credits and obtains and tracks compliance documentation for peer review folders according to NASBA standards
3. Performs site administration duties for live classroom learning.
4. Collaborates with others in the department to identify and execute on projects that support continuous improvements.
5. Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc.
Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
3-5 years relevant experience
