As a Report Processing Specialist Senior, you will be responsible for working with firm and practice leaders and other internal clients to write and develop content, proposals and contracts. Preferred skills:

  • Five+ years relevant experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Ability to create and edit a variety of documents, contracts and presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of English grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, etc.
  • Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills
  • Flexible demeanor, pro-active thinker, positive attitude, maintains confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience creating and formatting documents, contracts and correspondence

Responsibilities:

  • Write and develop compliant templates, proposals, contracts and presentations with firm branding
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, consulting leadership and other internal team members as needed for review and creation of customized, technical content
  • Manage proposal intake process and workflow of proposals in process including from the point of opportunity identification through completion of final document (may include response to formal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and other contracts)
  • Collaborate with other proposal developers throughout the firm to share best practices
  • Create and maintain biographies, fact sheets and similar collateral materials frequently used for practice development 
  • Knowledgeable on firm processes, policies and procedures
  • Serve as a go-to for colleagues on technical, non-technical and procedural questions
  • Maintain proposal archive  
  • Other duties as assigned
