Talent Acquisition Associate – Campus

The Talent Acquisition Associate – Campus contributes to key aspects of the internship and entry-level hiring process. The incumbent supports the RSM brand and recruitment marketing at a local level.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute programs and activities to support the recruiting strategies for all RSM lines of business
  • Actively participate in firm events and activities at assigned universities
  • On-campus event planning and management
  • Candidate identification and selection
  • Candidate on-campus and in-office interview coordination
  • Participate in the candidate offer decision process
  • Candidate care and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Internship and other early identification program execution
  • Using social media to engage with prospective candidates and build the RSM brand
  • Utilization of recruitment systems in accordance with firm standards to track and measure the process
  • Compliance with OFCCP regulations for federal/state requirements as they relate to hiring practice
  • Assist in the facilitation of intern and entry-level candidate onboarding process with other HR resources to ensure high level of candidate care and nurturing occurs from point of acceptance to commencement of employment. May assist with new employee orientation delivery as needed
  • Help key stakeholders (Line of Business Leaders, Office Managing Partners, Location Leaders and Campus Champions) in the execution and communication of the campus recruiting strategy for assigned location(s) – including school selection, faculty relations, pipeline programs, candidate care, hiring goals, managing to financial and hiring budgets and meeting individual performance metrics
  • Compile campus recruiting results to aid key stakeholders in identifying areas for process and performance improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two to three years of other relevant work experience
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with using social media for candidate engagement
  • Ability to work effectively and influence across a highly matrixed, multi-location organization
  • Ability to work autonomously and exhibit a professional demeanor to internal and external clients
  • Required to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR/SPHR preferred
  • 1+ years of campus recruiting preferred
  • Prior experience working with applicant tracking and other recruitment systems
