Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Campus 

The mission of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator - Campus role is to support, assist and provide customer service to Hiring Managers, Recruiting team and Recruiting Manager.  The TA Coordinator provides all operational and transactional support to drive efficiency for the recruiting team and to provide a great candidate and employee experience. Provides organization and acts as a trusted adviser to the recruiting team in a variety of areas, which will include background checks, reference checks, candidate care, and all requisition activity, analytical reporting, scheduling the candidate throughout recruitment life-cycle. This position interfaces with all levels of stakeholders, internally and externally to the RSM organization


  • Supports volume detailed logistics including planning, scheduling (i.e., interviews, debriefs and TA meetings), trafficking of schedules and coordination with on boarding and HR teams on behalf of the Campus Talent Acquisition Team. Ensure all details including logistics and interview timeframes are delivered to the candidate in a seamless, timely manner. Plan interviews based on availability of people, or other's calendar times, resources, and time frames and will be proactive in resolving calendar conflicts
  • Creates requisitions via the company Applicant Tracking System (Virtual Edge) for internal and external career opportunities. Will ensure that all postings are managed for effectiveness and within appropriate guidelines/timeframes
  • Assist with sending interview feedback requests via the company Applicant Tracking System (Virtual Edge) and ensures timely completion by hiring managers
  • Generate and manage the pre-employment processes by completing various activities that include offer letters, ordering and reviewing background/reference checks, verifies and processes I-9s and assists with 60 and 90 day check in meetings
  • Generate regional recruiting report data as requested from a variety of sources and prepares appropriate reports for analysis
  • Collaborate and proactively support Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates while providing superior customer service and enhances the candidate experience throughout each step of the recruiting process
  • Assist in scheduling of candidate travel, team meetings, review vendor invoices, process employee referral bonuses
  • Based on past experiences and knowledge learned in role, identify opportunities for process or systems improvement. Collaborate with other regional coordinators to ensure we support, help and follow same processes across the enterprise to provide continual efficiency within the TA team function

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • 3+ years of administrative work experience or previous support of a human resources or recruitment team in an office environment or other confidential environment
  • Ability to initiate, plan, and conduct multiple projects successfully
  • Ability to work effectively across a highly matrixed, multi-location organization
  • Ability to work autonomously and exhibit a professional demeanor to internal and external clients
  • Required to have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with a varied and diverse population in an effective manner
  • Required to be adaptable and have very strong organizational, time management and attention to detail skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply appropriate judgment with confidential or private information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with applicant tracking and recruitment systems
  • Previous experience within a professional services firm
  • Associate degree or some college or an equivalent combination of education and experience
