This position performs a variety of advanced administrative functions for RSM’s First Choice Advisor Center (FCAC). This includes routinely developing presentations and advanced spreadsheets, managing multiple projects involving complex and confidential data, and interfacing with external clients when necessary. Manages program organization, data entry, and coordination of internal processes to implement initiatives and programs including various administrative tasks. Supports FCAC faculty in developing deliverables for identified programs / campaigns. This includes preparing and maintaining project plans, documentation, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Assisting with coordination and implementation of programs, webinars, client meetings and other First-Choice Advisor Center campaigns.
Prepare, proofread, verify and assemble information for meetings, including spreadsheets, correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials
Draft proposals with the aid of styles tools
Generate/ assemble Statements of Work, Invoices and Status reports
Create and work with advanced spreadsheets using PivotTables, Lookup, and IF statements
Receive and respond to advanced correspondence
Coordinate travel, meeting preparation and calendars
Track and coordinate expenses
May assist with tracking the annual budget
Routinely compiles, collects, and analyzes moderately complex and confidential data for projects
Consistently manage, prioritize and drive closure to key action items
Other duties as assigned
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to prepare presentations, including charts, graphics, tables, speaker notes and handouts, etc.
Demonstrate professional communication both verbally and written with all audiences
Excellent project management skills – strong ability to prioritize and possess the agility to coordinate multiple projects effectively

Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
Prior experience in an administrative assistant role supporting 2 or more team members with general administrative needs
Education & Experience:
Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Marketing, or related area of study
2-4 years of experience working in a marketing/sales environment
2 years of experience communicating with Executive level personnel
