The New York OfficeManager is responsibleforoverseeingthe internal operationsof the New York Office of approximately 800 people. The position is a direct liaison between the Regional Office Services Leader and the New York Market Managing Partner. In addition, the individual in this position collaborates with the New York Management Team, Line of Business/Service Line Leaders and the New York Partners and Principals as well as counterparts throughout the Northeast Region and Nationally.
Partner with the New York Management Team including IT, Finance, HR, Facilities, and Marketing, as well as, Report Processing, Tax Processing, CDI/ENG, Industry, FCAJ and Recruiting to ensure collaboration between all functions on business processes and projects
Lead for all employee/office communication including but not limited to New York Office Intranet site, building/office announcements, policy changes, pilot programs, send word now etc.
Lead for volunteer activities, fundraising and donations as well as employee functions / events and local vendor relationships
Manage and coordinate New York,ongoingday-to-day administrativeresponsibilities, tasksandrisks ensuringquality andconsistent support andproducts. Includes oversight of New York Office Administrative personnel
Oversee New York OfficeServices(ongoingcopierandprinteroversight, mail anddistribution, andrecords center/electronicfile databaseandoff-sitestoragemanagement).
Ensure New York Office implementation of local, regional, national and international projects/pilots and initiatives. Fosterstakeholderrelationships to assurebusinessneeds aremet, projectsare delivered within budget and ontime
Collaborate with national/regional counterparts to ensure best practices
Buildstrongrelationships withlocallineofbusiness,regionalandnationalleaders, as appropriate, to ensureconstantalignment betweentheneedsof thebusiness andtheneedsofourclients,bothinternally andexternally and to ensure best practices
