Serve as the primary contact for Senior Advisor inquiries and account service issues
Continually monitor clients' financial investment portfolios to provide updates and progress reporting, rebalancing of asset allocation model and implementing of recommendations for portfolio rebalancing
Monitor deposits/withdrawals and cash balances daily, rebalancing the portfolio as necessary to accommodate the changes in cash position
Process trades (buys/sells) and cost basis adjustments
Prepare & facilitate reports for Senior Advisor for client review meetings
Assist in development Comprehensive Financial Plan for clients to identify problem areas and make recommendations, select appropriate investment and insurance products compatible with the client's goals, risk tolerance, time horizon and expected rate of return.
Use various tools (e.g., Black Diamond, eMoney Advisor, fi360) to research and provide investment portfolio, life & disability insurance analysis for prospects and clients
Assist in achieving revenue goals by networking within and outside of the company for referrals and developing a book of business for investment management.
Consistently follow procedures to be complaint.
Business experience of 3 or more years in the Wealth Management or Financial Services industry
Series 65 licensing.
Good communicative and analytical skills for working with prospects and clients
Acceptable compliance record in prior position(s)
Ability to work, efficiently, effectively, and independently in order to see projects through to conclusion.
Undergraduate Degree in Business (Accounting a plus)
Experience with Schwab Institutional, eMoney Advisor, Black Diamond, fi360, and other financial planning software tools is a plus
IL Life and Annuity License
Working toward, or ability to obtain CFP ®
