Description of Duties:
1. Handle day-to-day operations, management, support, and administration of CS Cloud environments
2. Evaluate cloud environments to provide recommendations on spend management and risk mitigation - implement controls to control spend/risk
3. Provide administration, support, governance, and oversight to Consulting owned cloud environments
4. Design and architect cloud solutions to meet the requirements of Consulting requests and onboarding of new products/solutions
5. Participate in strategy, development, and deployment of security and compliance policies and maintain adherence to security and compliance frameworks
6. Provide 24/7 rotating on-call 3rd tier support for cloud environments
7. Create automation, scripting, and templates to increase efficiency and/or decrease cost
8. Provide advisory services relating to cloud infrastructure, migration and licensing
9. Provide management and administration of Microsoft Cloud platform products (Power Platform, Power BI, etc.)
