The Manager – 1M Global Program Operations is responsible for driving the consistency, governance, and operational excellence of the RSM One Microsoft (1M) Global Program across participating RSM member firms worldwide. This role serves as the primary operational point of contact for onboarding, program enablement, CSP Direct readiness, Microsoft incentive governance (Co‑op/MDF), and coordination of MCAIPP program benefits.

This position ensures high standards of compliance, Partner Center hygiene, and Microsoft program alignment while enabling participating firms to progress through the 1M maturity model. The role collaborates across licensing, delivery, marketing, finance, and Microsoft field teams to support a unified global operating framework aligned with RSM’s Microsoft strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Program Operations & Firm Onboarding

  • Serve as the primary liaison for onboarding new RSM member firms into the 1M Global Program.
  • Guide firms on CSP Direct participation, licensing requirements, Partner Center processes, and Microsoft incentive eligibility.
  • Coordinate with RSM US licensing, delivery, GTM, and marketing teams to ensure consistent activation and onboarding workflows.

Governance, Compliance & Program Standards

  • Enforce governance standards across CSP Direct, Co‑op, MDF, and Partner Center operations.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation, guides, and operating procedures for CSP Direct participation and Microsoft incentive programs.
  • Monitor Partner Center hygiene, including PAL/CPOR/DPOR accuracy and customer association requirements.
  • Support audit readiness for Co‑op, MDF, and CSP programs.

Microsoft Incentive Program Support (MDF, Co‑op, MCP, MCAIPP)

  • Respond to member firm inquiries related to Microsoft incentives, licensing, and Partner Center processes.
  • Support documentation and reporting for Co‑op claims, MDF usage, and other Microsoft program requirements.
  • Coordinate and administer MCAIPP benefit usage, tracking, and communication to ensure member firms receive applicable support throughout the program year.
  • Ensure firm activities adhere to Microsoft program rules and RSM standards.

Financial and Program Coordination (Non‑Disclosure Aligned)

  • Coordinate required financial, operational, or incentive-related processes tied to Microsoft programs without disclosing internal program models.
  • Partner with RSM US Finance to maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and firm communication related to Microsoft program participation.

Member Firm Maturity & Engagement Management

  • Track firm progress within the 1M maturity model and identify gaps, risks, or required interventions.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that reflect activation milestones, engagement levels, and performance metrics.
  • Escalate issues when firms fall behind on required operational or compliance milestones.

Enablement, Communication & Community Coordination

  • Schedule and facilitate Office Hours, training webinars, onboarding sessions, and other program communication touchpoints.
  • Coordinate updates, resources, and communication across RSM US teams, Microsoft field teams, and global member firm stakeholders.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of program enablement materials and updates to support ongoing compliance and engagement.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, program management, Microsoft channel programs, or technology operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center, CSP Direct, licensing models, and incentive programs such as MDF and Co‑op.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred

  • Prior experience supporting Microsoft partner programs, CSP Direct operations, or incentive governance.
  • Experience working within a global consulting firm or multi‑entity operating model.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365, Azure, Modern Work, and Microsoft solution areas.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
